Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Foo Game Studios ("we"), the makers of Dead Dice: Dungeon Roguelike ("the game"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. They are short, we promise.

Effective date: October 10, 2026

Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own fun. The game, its art, music, words and code stay ours.

Please don't copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or any part of it, and don't use its name, art or music to make something that looks like it's ours. Recording and streaming your runs is fine, and so is putting them on YouTube or Twitch.

The store's terms come first

You get the game from a store, and that store's terms apply too: the Google Play Terms of Service, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement on the App Store, or the Steam Subscriber Agreement. For buying, paying and refunds, the store's rules are the ones that count.

The full game

The game is free to start. The full game is one purchase, made once, for the price the store shows you. There are no ads, no subscriptions and nothing else to buy.

The purchase belongs to your store account. On a new phone, install the game from the same account and tap Restore purchase.

Payments and refunds are handled by the store, under its refund policy: Google Play, the App Store or Steam. We can't take or return money ourselves, but write to us if something went wrong and we'll help you sort it out.

Your save

Your progress lives only on your device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage deletes it, and we have no copy to send back. We try hard to keep saves working across updates, but we can't promise every update will.

Updates

We may update the game to fix bugs, balance things or add content. Some updates change how the game plays. We can't promise the game will run on every device forever.

No guarantees

We make the game with care, but it is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we give no warranties beyond what your store or local law requires, and, where the law lets us, our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the game. Nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer where you live, and where those rights say otherwise, they win.

Ending

You can stop any time by uninstalling the game. If you break these terms, your licence to play ends.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of Brazil, except where the law of the place you live says otherwise.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
